◆ご注文方法◆
下記の注意事項をよく読み、必要事項をご記入の上、 info@benhur.biz までメールをお送り下さい。
折り返し振込先等を明記したメールを返信致します。
尚、商品の発送ですが、入金の確認が出来次第、直ちに発送いたします。
＊メールアドレスはお間違えのないようお気をつけ下さい。
◆注意事項◆
1. 振り込みはメール受信後から一週間以内にお願いします。その際にかかる振り
込み手数料はご負担下さい。
2. 振り込み完了後、必ず氏名を記入し「振り込み済み」のメールをください。
（発送の遅れ回避のため。）
3. 商品代金には消費税(5%)が含まれています。
4. 梱包発送手数料（梱包手数料、送料）は一律300円です。商品を何枚注文され
ても300円です。
5. 商品はお振り込み確認後の1週間以内に発送致します。万一、10日経っても届
かない場合はご面倒ですがご連絡いただけますでしょうか。即、対処致します。
6. お届けした商品が不良品であった場合は、商品到着後一週間以内に必ずご連絡の上ご返品下さい。送料をお返しし、新しい商 品をお送りします。
7. 商品代金を振り込んでからのキャンセルはご遠慮下さい。尚、代金を振り込む前でしたらキャンセルは受け付けます。その際はメールにてご連絡下さい。
8. その他、何か質問等ありましたらメールにてご連絡ください。

Thank you for ordering! Please be aware that we have limited stocks, and it is advisable to get any of benhur's CDs, which are available on all major stores (HMV, TOWER RECORDS, TSUTAYA etc) or simply at your local music store!

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
1. In your mail under "subject" please include "CD ORDER
(title of CD)" addressing to Pacific R&B Management.
2. Please ensure you bank in WITHIN a week of your order.
3. Inform us that you have already banked in with details of your name/date/time/receipt
no.
4. Please be aware of the 5% tax (included).
5. There will be a surcharge of 300YEN for postal (protective bag and postage).
One fee for all, no matter the quantities. e.g. if you order for 10 of
your friends you still only need to pay 300YEN! =)
6. If the CD/s you ordered are in anyway defective, please return it to
us WITHIN A WEEK for a full replacement. However, we are not responsible
if the fault lies with the postal handling.
7. You may cancel your order simply by informing us, however, once you
have banked in it is considered sold and we will still send it out.
8. please feel free to include any other questions in your order if you
need to clarify further.
